RETURNS AND REFUND POLICY

At The River Kitchen Limited, we take pride in delivering high-quality food, beverages, and service. If something isn’t right, we want to make it right.
Café & Kitchen Purchases (On-Site)
All food and beverage sales made at our café are final. However, if a product is not up to standard (e.g. incorrect order, spoiled or undercooked), please alert a staff member immediately. We may offer a replacement, store credit, or refund at our discretion.
Catering Orders/Quotes
Accepted orders/quotes under $1500.00 require payment on the date of invoice. Accepted orders/quotes over $1500.00 require a 25% deposit payment upon confirmation with the balance payable 5 working days prior to the event date.
We require at least 72 hours’ notice for cancellation or significant changes to catering orders/quotes. Refunds or credits may be offered as follows:
Changes to your confirmed order/quote will only be accepted a minimum of 72 hours before your event date.
Cancellations between 24–72 hours before the event, incur a fee of 50% of the total accepted order/quote.
No refund will be issued if cancelled 24 hours or less of the event.
Custom items or outsourced elements provided by us (e.g. hired equipment), may incur non-refundable costs.
Venue Bookings
For events where accepted catering orders/quotes specify a venue hire fee, we may be required full payment or 50% deposit upon confirmation.
Gift Vouchers
Gift vouchers are non-refundable and cannot be exchanged for cash. Expiry dates and terms are clearly stated at the time of purchase. If you believe your voucher is faulty, please contact us - we may be able to help. We do not take any responsibility for damaged or lost Gift Vouchers.
