Angel Parcel - Roasted pumpkin, whipped feta, and herbs wrapped in golden filo, served warm with a minted lemon yoghurt dressing

The Anointed Bird - Slow roasted chicken in citrus herb butter, glazed with pomegranate molasses, garnished with torn herbs and toasted almonds, roasted kumara with sage and orange zest, charred greens with pangrattato, warm olive oil bread to tear and share

Heaven & Hearth - Vanilla bean pannacotta with tonka bean syrup, served with a warm apple & almond crumble square, and spiced custard on the side
